Twitter is all set to introduce an exciting new polling feature very soon. So your questions will soon invite public views to poll. From ‘who will win FIFA 2016’ to ‘will India become a superpower by 2020’ your questions will invite honest opinions from your twitter followers. The polling feature on the micro-blogging site will allow users to gather opinions of other users on various topics. Whenever you find a poll on a website you are tempted to register your answer since these are the fastest ways of acquiring and storing user opinions. A simple yes or no option to a question is enough to derive an opinion statistics of users from across the world. Twitter will make it possible for everyone to put up their polls on this microsite.

Prior to this the polling feature was raw and allowed users to just tweet questions and track answers. The latest version of the polling allows you to compose a question directly from your inbox and post it within a matter of seconds. Moreover, the question stays live for 24 hours after which it gets auto-deleted. You can share your opinion on the question and your details will stay hidden from the public.
